About me:

I'm a mommy to 2 adorable girls and a wonderful step-son with a hubby who supports my crafty obsessions. I'm lucky enough to work at home using my marketing background and passion for social media. When I'm not out making memories with my family, I'm usually found in my office/craft room playing with papers, scissors and embellies. My other obsessions include being a HUGE Rob Thomas fan as well as diving all over the world, even when it means a random encounter with hammerhead and nurse sharks!

Scrapping Philosophy:
Document life's little moments versus just the big events. Being able to do that has freed me from the need to include every. single. photo I take. I still take a gazillion photos but I find those little nuggets of moments that tell the story of that day.

My Style
My style is eclectic a.k.a random. I have no other way to describe my style because I feel that if I do I will limit myself. Instead, I go where the pictures, paper and embellishments take me. Sometimes it involves lots of layering and sometimes I go for clean & simpler. In saying that, I have seen a pattern: lots of color via the collection, paint and/or misting, hand or machine stitching and I fussy cutting any chance I get. I include hand written journalling on all my layouts - if it doesn't work on the front, I take it to the back. My journaling is more than stating the facts; it's about the emotions and what's in my heart.
